Returns

Here at Nomadic Cycles we offer a 14 day return policy.

For most items purchased on our website or in-store if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within

14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return the item must be in same condition it was received in and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return please contact us @ info@nomadiccycles.co.nz with the order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with shipping instruction for returning the item.

Shipping fees are non refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

a 10% restocking handling fee applies to all E-bikes bought through Nomadic Cycles.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item.
